This family-owned and operated business based in Brick, New Jersey, was founded in 2022 with a vision of offering high-quality custom embroidery, printing, and promotional materials to customers across the nation.
What began as a simple idea over dinner has quickly blossomed into a thriving business, thanks to the dedication and hard work of Mark Rosen and his family.
Mark Rosen, president and founder of Royal Stitch and Print, brings a lifetime of entrepreneurial experience to the company. Having grown up in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at New York City Technical College, Mark has always been drawn to business. Over the years, he has owned and operated several ventures, including a Coca-Cola distributorship, Crown Trophy, New York Bagel Café, and has worked as an independent insurance agent and realtor.
How It Started…
In February 2022, during a casual family dinner before a Knicks game, Mark’s son Jordan suggested starting a side hustle. What started as a fun idea soon turned into the creation of Royal Stitch and Print.
Within days, the family had purchased an embroidery machine, set up a workspace, and embarked on a new adventure together. Although they didn’t initially know how to embroider, Mark’s daughter-in-law Nichole stepped up, mastering the machine and quickly becoming the company’s embroidery expert.
As the business grew, it became clear that more services were needed to meet their customers’ needs. Mark and his family expanded their offerings to include direct-to-film (DTF) printing, heat press printing, heat transfer vinyl printing, and promotional products like pens, drinkware, and more.
How It’s Going…
The team’s all-in approach has driven the company’s success, with everyone contributing to the growth and quality that Royal Stitch and Print is known for today.
Mark describes Royal Stitch and Print as the best business decision he has ever made and is especially proud of how this venture has brought his family closer together.
Though he never expected to start a new business at this stage in life, Mark is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside his family, especially with his sons Jordan and Ethan, daughter-in-law Nichole, and his granddaughter Natalie.
Beyond business, Mark is passionate about giving back to the community. He’s proud to support local organizations like A Need We Feed, and he is teaching his granddaughter the importance of helping others. For Mark and his family, Royal Stitch and Print is not just about delivering exceptional products and service, but also about making a positive impact on the community they love.
